Medium-term rentals with Flexi

No. Fees and expenses depend on the chosen arrangement and services. Ask for a proposal that clearly separates management fees, maintenance and other costs.
Is Flexi rental income guaranteed?
No. Flexi income depends on actual rentals. A separate fixed-rent arrangement has its own contractual conditions.
